This magical way of life was brought to Greco by Tzviki Eshet, who has been having a decades-long love affair with Greece - its landscape, its people and its food. Along with chef Eliav Goldenberg, whom he infected with his love of Greece, they embarked on expeditions in Greece, touring the land far and wide, tasted everything, drank a lot of ouzo, met cooks and chefs and learned their secrets.
